La casa e le stanze sono state oggetto di un ripristino mantenendo però l'originalità di pavimenti e porte, arricchiti con arredi in legno ed accessori che richiamano molte delle attrezzature utilizzate nella quotidianità della vita Veneziana o ispirate ad antichi mestieri. Tutti gli oggetti, i materiali e le idee sono frutto dell'inventiva di una coppia di giovani Architetti; molte sono poi state realizzate da artigiani della zona o dai proprietari stessi. Located in the heart of Venice, Residenza La Veranda a Rialto offers an authentic and comfortable experience. With a privileged location near the famous Rialto Bridge, we invite you to discover the unique charm of this magical city. Private rooms and an attic in a traditional Venetian house overlooking the Grand Canal. Inspired by Venetian traditions, the rooms are furnished with simplicity and taste. Coat hangers and lamps are inspired by the world of rowing, boats and their primary materials and objects: oars, forcole, mooring poles, sailing masts etc. The house and the rooms have been restored while maintaining the originality of the floors and doors, enriched with wooden furnishings and accessories that recall many of the equipment used in everyday Venetian life or inspired by ancient crafts. All objects, materials and ideas are the result of the inventiveness of a couple of young architects; many were then made by local artisans or by the owners themselves. Parcheggi - Parkings
Le auto, le biciclette ed altri mezzi diversi dai "piedi" non possono entrare a Venezia e vanno lasciati in appositi Parcheggi nella zona Terminal Piazzale Roma o Tronchetto.
Dopo aver lasciato la tua auto o la tua bici, potrai raggiungere il centro tramite una passeggiata o con i mezzi pubblici.

Tassa di Soggiorno e Contributo di Accesso - Informazioni Utili
Tourist Tax and Access Fee - Useful Informations
Ogni Ospite che decida di visitare Venezia è tenuto al pagamento di un contributo differente in base al fatto che pernotti in una struttura della Città oppure che decida di visitarla senza pernottarvi.
La Tassa di Soggiorno, introdotta ormai da anni, viene corrisposta da coloro che prenotano un soggiorno in una delle strutture della Città. Si paga all'arrivo direttamente alla struttura che Vi ospita e corrisponde a 4,00€ a testa a notte (per max 5 notti).
Il Contributo di Accesso, introdotto dal 2024, viene corrisposto da tutti i visitatori che NON pernottano in una struttura del Centro Storico. Chi corrisponde già la Tassa di Soggiorno NON è tenuto al Contributo di Accesso.
In Ogni caso, nei giorni in cui è previsto il Contributo di Accesso, anche chi soggiorna in una Struttura del Centro Storico DEVE essere provvisto di adeguata esenzione dal Contributo di Accesso (QR Code) che certifichi l'esenzione data dal pagamento della Tassa di Soggiorno. Residenza la Veranda a Rialto provvederà a fornire detta esenzione ai propri Ospiti.

Each Guest who decides to visit Venice is required to pay a different contribution based on whether they stay in a structure in the City or whether they decide to visit it without staying there.
The Tourist Tax, introduced for years now, is paid by those who book a stay in one of the City's facilities. You pay upon arrival directly to the structure that hosts you and corresponds to €4.00 per person per night (for a maximum of 5 nights).
The Access Contribution, introduced from 2024, is paid by all visitors who DO NOT stay overnight in a structure in the Historic Center. Those who already pay the Tourist Tax are NOT required to pay the Access Contribution.
In any case, on the days in which the Access Contribution is foreseen, even those who stay in a Structure in the Historic Center MUST be provided with an adequate exemption from the Access Contribution (QR Code) which certifies the exemption given by the payment of the Tourist Tax . Residenza la Veranda a Rialto will provide this exemption to its Guests.
